Tickets issued/reissued on/after Oct. 24, 2024 follow the DOT 3- and 6-hour delay refund rule. Updated pages include, U.S. DOT Refund Rules and Agency Rebooking Parameters.

 

Travel agencies should work schedule changes and irregular operations following the Agency Rebooking Parameters as quickly as possible as they always have. This includes rebooking or refund (if eligible), at the customer’s request.
